SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.—January 12 through March 26, 2006 —The Arizona Fine Art EXPO, a production of Thunderbird Artists of Fountain Hills, Ariz., the leading producer of fine art festivals and wine tasting events in the Southwest, proudly present of master glass blower, Bruce Freund.

Bruce Freund is a master craftsman whose art is supported by both education and experience. He has been privileged to work with the great masters William Morris, Loredano and Dino Rosin, Fritz Drieisback, Richard Royal, Richard Marquis, Sonja Blomdahl and Lino Tagliapietra to name a few. The degree of Bruce’s technical knowledge allows him to explore spiritually and creatively. His passion for glass has sparked a fire from within equaled only by his dedication to his art.

Bruce was commissioned to do several pieces for the new Hotel/Casino in Atlantic City, Borgata, along side Dale Chihuly and other renowned artists. He has recently installed several chandeliers, one of which is featured in the Robb Report and Palm Springs Life.

That does Thunderbird Artists have in common with Barbra Steisand, Jennifer Beals, Justine Bateman, Evander Hollyfield, Elizabeth Taylor, Patricia Richardson, Chong Martin, Dennis Rodman, Madonna, Cher, Lee Brevard and Shaq. We all love Bruce’s work as they are proud owners of his glass creations.

Bruce Freund has been blowing glass for 30 years. His hand-blown glasswork will be on exhibit at the Arizona Fine Art EXPO, which features an on-site furnace for live glass-blowing demonstrations.

“Rarely do people get a chance to view the art of glass blowing outside of an artist’s studio,” said Judi Combs, CEO of the Arizona Fine Art EXPO. We offer people the chance to not only watch him create but ask questions, watch closely and learn”. Patrons can also purchase the very piece they’ve seen created from a gather of glass that’s magically formed, blown and developed before their very own eyes.
