Colarado - Bronze Sculptor, Craig Bergsgaard, well known throughout the western Rocky Mountains and southwest as one of the finest sculptors of wildlife, western and figurative sculptures. Craig’s wax piece is the talk of Scottsdale, seen above, and weighs approximately 100 pounds and is 4’ x 24’ in size. When set in bronze the piece will weigh about 300 to 400 pounds, says Craig. He’s been approached to produce this exciting piece in a life size which is like 16 separate life size sculptures. Another one of Craig’s life-sized sculptures is placed in the spectacular sculpture garden of the Arizona Fine Art EXPO titled “Coolin’ the Dogs” (seen below). The bronze cowboy in Coolin’ the Dogs is over 5’ tall and is also a water feature.
