By seventeen, Dan’s creative attitude had begun to take root. After high school graduation, he took a construction job where he learned about the intricacies of working with marble and granite stone from master craftsmen. His relationship with stone continued to grow strong, but it lacked that creative freedom he so much loved. That unlimited level of freedom would prove to be Dan’s hunger for change. After several summers of granite and marble contracting fabrications, Dan was faced with two options; he could create beautiful designs through his love and talent of natural stones or he could remain a part of the working class’ daily grind.
